Carl S. Terrell

EcoCitement Founder/CEO 

Carl Terrell is a master strategist. He started EcoCitement after 24 years in the public sector with the progressive City of Charlotte where he served in senior leadership roles. 

Carl has a degree in Business Administration from North Carolina A&T State University and a certificate in Municipal Administration from the University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill, Institute of Government. He is a U.S. Army Veteran who was First Distinguished Graduate in the Army's Primary Leadership Course. He served at duty stations in the continental United States and overseas. 

Carl's areas of expertise include:
